2. Waste Services

2.1. PIN Plus operates as a broker for waste services, facilitating the relationship between customers and waste haulers. Our primary responsibility is to ensure efficient service delivery, though we are not the direct service provider.

2.2. Non-Refundable Brokered Services: Due to the prepaid nature of waste services, PIN Plus is unable to offer cash refunds for the performance or non-performance of waste haulers.

2.3. Service Discrepancy Credits: In the event of service disruptions, failures, or issues related to our affiliated waste haulers, eligible customers may receive credits based on the hauler's provisions. We are committed to ensuring these credits are fully passed on to affected customers.


3. Direct Offers and Services by PIN Plus

3.1. Customers may be eligible for refunds on services directly provided by PIN Plus, such as "Clean A Can" services, bulk item pickups, and other homeowner services.

3.2. Prorated Refunds: Customers who choose to terminate a direct service before completion may qualify for a prorated refund, calculated based on the unused portion of the service.

3.3. Timely Prorated Refund Requests: Requests for prorated refunds for direct services must be submitted within 14 days of service disruption or the decision to terminate the service.


4. Initiating a Return or Credit Request

4.1. Customers seeking a credit, refund, or exchange should contact our customer service team, providing comprehensive details about the service, nature of the concern, and relevant information.

4.2. Case-by-Case Evaluation: Each request will be evaluated individually by our team, in line with established industry standards, and a decision will be communicated to the customer within a reasonable timeframe.
